Our dear friends, Dobrovoje and Zora, and their grandchildren, Katarina and David, made us feel right at home at their slava. In Serbia, a slava is a celebration of their patron saint. Their patron saint is St. George. The food was SO good, and we shared some fun and interesting conversations - one of which was about the small earthquake we had around 2:30 a.m. that morning. We felt very blessed to be a part of this family event, and it will be a day we will always remember.
